HI ALL AS 2009 CLOSED WE ALL FELT THE BITE OF A VERY BAD ECONAMY. BUT EVEN WITH A VERY ROCKY YEAR I STILL FEEL IM THE LUCKYEST GUY IN THE WORLD. I GET TO LIVE A DREAM EVERY DAY TOURING AROUND THE WORLD MAKING PEOPLE DANCE AND FORGET THE PROBLEMS OF THE DAY FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS!!!! TO ALL MY FANS I SAY THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME ENTERTAIN YOU EVERY NIGHT!!!!! LETS KEEP ROCKING IN 2010

Big ups to all that came out tonight in Fairbanks to the Blue Loon!!! You guys rock… I met a bunch more of our troops tonight who were stationed up there… Some fresh back from Iraq..

Last night at Koots was soooooo good!!! Thanx to everyone who came out it made the long travel day so worth it!!!! I also need to give a big shout to Nino who is from New York who owns Ninos in Anchorage!!! It’s an Italian restaraunt and wow…. It was really good!!!!!! I didn’t know what to expect when I got to the club, and I had some doubt BUT DAMMMMM THE CROWD CAME TO PARTY!!!!! THANX FRANK Aka DJ SINNER who is the resident DJ there for making me a beliver!!!! I HOPE YOU GUYS BRING ME BACK!!
BTW….. IT’S SOOOOOOOOOO COLD!! It’s off to Fairbanks for round 2

Hey all getting ready to leave for Los Angeles to do the new Total Club Hits 4 compalation and the Skam anual Christmas party!!! Then off to Classy SanDiego to play at the Ivey on Thursday.. Here’s where it gets good!! Friday it’s off to Alaska to go play!!! I’m really looking forward to that. I’ve only been there once a long time a go!!! Friday it’s Anchorage ( I hope I spelled that right) and Saturday Fairbanks where I was told it was a pleasent 8 below!!!!! Oh did I mention there’s only about 4 hours of daylight???? ROCK ON!!!!

Hey everyone!!! I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a minute I’ve been really crazy. The pictures from the tour should be posted soon.. They must be aprooved by the DOD ( Department of Defense) before I can post them..

2 Shows today… Its was real early and we are going to the DEFAC to eat breakfast, then off to our first show of the day. We will be traveling by helicopter!!!! Just when I thought it couldn’t  get any cooler,  it just did. The first FOB (forward operating base) we went to was very small and way out there. Its about as far out there as you can get!!! They were so happy to see us! We were the first group ever to visit! We were right there on the front lines with these guys. There was about 40 of them and i think 2 or 3 women.  They gave us a tour of there operation there. It looked like something out of a  movie. It was almost surreal. We toured there sleeping quarters and holy shit!!!!!!! It would blow your mind. EVERYONE THAT IS READING THIS SHOULD KNOW WE ALL HAVE REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!!! WITH NO COMPLAINTS AND ALL SMILES THEY SHOWED US HOW THEY LIVED UP THERE.. Ok it was time.  We did our performance in the mess hall!!!! It was very small, and nothing like the mega base. We had some technical issues due to the makeshift generators being used for the power. Kay Gee’s hard drive fried and my computer was acting up as well. We only had 3 hours total with this unit so we had to make it work!!!! WE DID JUST THAT!!! Heres where it gets really good. After the show and after the pix with each and every one of them, one of the commanders of the unit comes up to me, and rips his combat patch of his sleeve  and hands it to me saying….” THIS PATCH HAS BEEN ON MANY MISSIONS AND I WANT YOU TO HAVE IT FOR COMING OUT TO SEE US’!!!!! My knees just buckled and was very overwhelmed by his gesture and felt so honored that this guy felt this way, again seeing how important this tour is!!!!! I was blown totally away. It has now become a daily routine that these men and women continue to do so!!!! Each time gets more and more intense for me.

My first night sleeping on the base has really put everything in perspective!!!! We were greeted with so much love!!! you see this particular base never gets any body to come to it. Bad weather, cancellations, and the “ITS ALWAYS SOMTHING” syndrome seams to happen here. So we were the first to make it here in almost 2 years!!!!! SO YES, they were real excited to see us. We went straight to the DINING hall to eat, and I had pasta (surprised????) LOL. After dinner we were shown to where we would be staying. They are called CHU”s. Short for a little tiny trailer that sleeps two! No more  TV No more phone No more private bathroom or shower!!! TOTO WE ARE NOT IN KANSAS ANY MORE!! We are really in the war somewhere!!!!! WOW!!!  ONCE AGAIN IM SO GREATFUL FOR THE SACRAFICE OF THESE BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN!!!One of the captains  here with us hooked me up with some DVDs to pass the time!!! THANK YOU!!! It really helped. I did however in a sick way enjoy it!!! It really made me think about so many things in my life and how I live it! As i laid there alone in my room with the silence and my home a world away I realized how much I TAKE FOR GRANTED!!!! From sometimes, my friends and family,  my work , and even my own life. This place will really make you think!!! I’m off to do the first show of the day!!!!!
